Homemade Chili easy fast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 garlic cloves
02 - 2 onions
03 - 400 g of crushed or diced tomatoes
04 - 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
05 - 500 g of ground beef
06 - A bunch of finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
07 - Salt and pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon of chili powder
09 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
10 - 1 large can of red beans (800 g canned, 500 g drained)
11 - Rice (to go with it)

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the garlic and onions, then chop them up finely.
02 - In a pot, heat the olive oil and gently cook the garlic and onions until soft.
03 - Pour in the drained red beans, and let everything simmer another 5 to 10 minutes.
04 - Add salt, pepper, and let it gently cook for around 10 minutes.
05 - Spoon it over some warm rice, and sprinkle parsley on top for a fresh touch.
06 - Toss in the ground cumin, chili powder, and tomatoes, making sure it all blends well with the beef.
07 - Stir in the beef, and let it cook through for about 10 minutes.
