Easy creamy pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ What You Need

01 - 400 ml of water
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
03 - 250 g of pasta (cooking time 8-11 minutes)
04 - 1 garlic clove
05 - 250 g of cherry tomatoes
06 - 30 g of grated parmesan
07 - 2 tbsp of tomato paste
08 - 200 g of heavy cream (30% whipping or 15% cooking cream)
09 - 1/2 bunch of basil leaves
10 - 1 onion
11 - Pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Finely slice the onion, mince the garlic, halve the cherry tomatoes, and tear up the basil leaves into smaller pieces.
02 - Throw in the pasta, prepped veggies, tomato paste, water, cream, basil, salt, and pepper all into a large pot. Turn the heat on and bring it to a boil with the lid on top.
03 - Simmer the pasta uncovered over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally so nothing sticks to the bottom. Toss in the parmesan at the end, mix it well, and it's ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - This dish is a life-saver when you're short on time—everything cooks together in just one pot.
02 - Mix it up by adding extra veggies like spinach, zucchini, or bell peppers to the dish.
03 - Cooking the pasta directly in the sauce makes it creamier and extra flavorful from the starch it releases.
