Finely slice the onion, mince the garlic, halve the cherry tomatoes, and tear up the basil leaves into smaller pieces.

Throw in the pasta, prepped veggies, tomato paste, water, cream, basil, salt, and pepper all into a large pot. Turn the heat on and bring it to a boil with the lid on top.

Simmer the pasta uncovered over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally so nothing sticks to the bottom. Toss in the parmesan at the end, mix it well, and it's ready to serve.
