Fill a pot with salted water, bring it to a boil, and toss in the pasta. Follow the cooking time on the package until it's just tender. Drain it and set to the side.

Get your oven warmed up to 400°F (200°C). Spread the halved tomatoes, crumbled feta, olive oil, garlic, oregano (if using), salt, and pepper on a baking tray. Stir well to coat everything evenly, then roast for around 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes soften and the feta takes on a golden, crispy edge.

Take the roasted tomatoes and feta out of the oven and mix them together right away. Add the cooked pasta directly to the tray and stir it all up, making sure the creamy roasted mixture coats the pasta entirely.
