Soft Tiramisu Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250 g mascarpone cheese
02 - 150 g ladyfingers or sponge cookies
03 - 80 g powdered sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons strong coffee (espresso)
05 - 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Unsweetened cocoa powder (for coating)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your ladyfingers into fine powder using a blender or smash them in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
02 - Combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, coffee, liqueur (if you want), and vanilla in a bowl until you get a smooth mixture.
03 - Put in the cookie powder and stir until you've got a soft but firm dough.
04 - Stick the dough in the fridge for about 30-45 minutes so it gets a bit firmer.
05 - With slightly wet hands, roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
06 - Cover each truffle completely by rolling it in cocoa powder.
07 - Keep them in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Try using speculoos instead of ladyfingers for a spicier flavor twist.
02 - These treats will stay good in your fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Toss some chocolate chips into the mix for extra texture.
