Creamy Banana Oats (Print Version)

01 - 50 g of fresh strawberries (or swap with raspberries)
02 - 75 g of plain yogurt
03 - A medium banana, very ripe
04 - 100 ml of milk
05 - 50 g of rolled oats
06 - Juice from half a small lemon

# Instructions:

01 - Peel that banana and use a fork to squash it into a smooth mash. Quickly stir in the lemon juice to keep it from going brown.
02 - Slice the strawberries, then put the yogurt over the top of your oat mix. Place the berry pieces on as the final topping.
03 - Secure the lid tightly onto the jar, then pop it in the fridge for the night. By morning, breakfast's all set!
04 - Toss the rolled oats into a sealed jar, pour in the milk, and stir in the mashed banana. Combine well.

01 - Make it ahead of time to save yourself time in the morning.
02 - A little lemon juice keeps the banana looking fresher for longer.
03 - Switch up the fruit to suit your taste or what's in season.
04 - This mix can last two days in the fridge if sealed properly.
