Creamy meat mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g of dill pickles
02 - 40 ml of pickle juice
03 - 600 g of meat sausage
04 - 100 g of plain yogurt
05 - 2 pinches of black pepper
06 - 2 pinches of salt
07 - 200 g of mayonnaise
08 - 4 tbsp of fresh chopped herbs (like parsley and chives)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the sausage into thick slices (1 cm) before slicing them thin. Do the same with the pickles, turning them into little strips.
02 - In a big bowl, stir the yogurt, mayo, pickle juice, salt, and pepper together until the mix is creamy and smooth.
03 - Gently fold the sausage slices and diced pickles into the sauce. Sprinkle the chopped herbs on top, and stir softly to cover everything with the sauce.
