Cut the sausage into thick slices (1 cm) before slicing them thin. Do the same with the pickles, turning them into little strips.

In a big bowl, stir the yogurt, mayo, pickle juice, salt, and pepper together until the mix is creamy and smooth.

Gently fold the sausage slices and diced pickles into the sauce. Sprinkle the chopped herbs on top, and stir softly to cover everything with the sauce.
