Start by peeling off the outer leaves of your Brussels sprouts. Boil them in salted water for 10 minutes or so.

Slice up the ham into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, blend together the fresh cream, egg, shredded cheese, along with some salt and pepper.

Toss the Brussels sprouts, gnocchi, and ham pieces together in a baking dish. Stir until well mixed.

Pour the sauce over the mix in the dish. Pop it into a preheated oven at 200°C (regular heat) and bake for 25–30 minutes. Keep an eye until the top looks golden and crispy.
