Gnocchi Bake (Print Version)

01 - 250 g of fresh cream
02 - 500 g of mini gnocchi from the chilled section
03 - 100 g of shredded cheese
04 - 200 g of ham
05 - 1 egg
06 - 800 g of Brussels sprouts, cleaned up (around 600 g after prepping)
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Start by peeling off the outer leaves of your Brussels sprouts. Boil them in salted water for 10 minutes or so.
02 - Slice up the ham into bite-sized pieces.
03 - In a bowl, blend together the fresh cream, egg, shredded cheese, along with some salt and pepper.
04 - Toss the Brussels sprouts, gnocchi, and ham pieces together in a baking dish. Stir until well mixed.
05 - Pour the sauce over the mix in the dish. Pop it into a preheated oven at 200°C (regular heat) and bake for 25–30 minutes. Keep an eye until the top looks golden and crispy.
