04 - 4 tablespoons of erythritol or 1 scoop of plain protein powder
05 - 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

# Instructions:

01 - In a jar, toss in the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, and erythritol (or protein powder). Give it a good stir to mix.
02 - Seal the jar tightly and pop it in the fridge. Let it sit through the night so the grains and seeds soak up the liquid.
03 - Next morning, pick your favorite toppings—like raspberries, chopped chocolate, mixed nuts, or nut butter—add them on top, and dig in.
