Start by beating eggs and sugar together. Add in flour, a pinch of salt, and baking powder. Stir in the melted butter last. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes after preheating your oven.

Melt the chocolate first. Whip the cream until it thickens, and separately beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold everything together.

Use tempered chocolate to evenly coat the silicone dome molds. Chill in the fridge between steps to set the shells.

Fill the chocolate shells with mousse. Add a small round of sponge cake on top and seal them up with more tempered chocolate.

Carefully remove the domes from the molds. Dust them with cocoa or sprinkle them with chocolate curls for decoration.
