Chocolate marble banana loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - 2 large ripe bananas (or 3 small ones)
02 - 135g sugar
03 - 1 small pinch of salt
04 - 76g melted unsalted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - 2 eggs, lightly whisked

→ Dry Mix

07 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
09 - 187g all-purpose flour

→ For the Chocolate Swirl

10 - 80g semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. Melt the butter and let it sit to cool. Grease the loaf pan. Whisk the eggs and set aside.
02 - Mash the bananas in a bowl. Stir in the cooled butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, and whisked eggs. Gently fold in the flour mixture until everything's just combined.
03 - Split the batter into two portions. Blend the cocoa powder and melted chocolate into one part. Pour the plain and chocolate batters alternately into the loaf pan. Use a knife to make a swirl pattern for a marbled look.
04 - Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Wrap it up with plastic wrap to keep it soft and fresh.
