Chocolate hazelnut treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pinch of coarse salt
02 - 50 g whole cane sugar
03 - 60 g hazelnut flour
04 - 50 g T80 wheat flour
05 - 15 ml soy cream
06 - 3 eggs
07 - 130 g hazelnut butter
08 - 160 g dark chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the melted chocolate, eggs, hazelnut butter, hazelnut flour, wheat flour, sugar, cream, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
02 - Make sure the mixture is smooth, then pour it into a 20 cm cake tin or loaf pan.
03 - Sprinkle some crushed hazelnuts and coarse salt on top. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
