Chocolate Easter Nest Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g dark chocolate
02 - 100 g butter
03 - 4 eggs
04 - 80 g sugar
05 - 50 g flour
06 - 100 g chocolate for decorating
07 - Small sugar eggs for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 180°C. Slowly melt dark chocolate with butter using a water bath.
02 - Split egg whites from yolks. Mix yolks with sugar until pale, then add your melted chocolate.
03 - Fold in sifted flour gently. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully blend into the mixture.
04 - Pour everything into a buttered cake pan and bake for around 20 minutes.
05 - Let it cool completely then turn out onto a wire rack.
06 - Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle it to create twig patterns on the cake. When the chocolate hardens, arrange the sugar eggs nicely to look like a nest.
