Madeleines with chocolate chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 eggs
02 - 75 g granulated sugar
03 - 50 g semi-skimmed milk
04 - A few drops of vanilla extract
05 - 160 g all-purpose flour
06 - 9 g baking powder
07 - 75 g melted salted butter
08 - 50 g milk chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
02 - Pour in the vanilla extract and milk. Stir once more.
03 - Stir in the flour and baking powder until evenly mixed.
04 - Add the melted butter and stir again to make a smooth, creamy batter.
05 - Chop the chocolate into pieces and fold them into the batter.
06 - Put the batter in the fridge for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, set the oven to 210ÂșC to preheat.
07 - Butter the molds and carefully spoon the batter in. Fill each mold without overflowing.
08 - Bake for about 12 minutes. They're ready when the edges look golden brown.
09 - Once out of the oven, place the madeleines on a cooling rack to let them cool down.
10 - Keep going with the same steps until all the batter is used up.
