Chocolate banana blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240 ml unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
02 - 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 2 ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
04 - 4 tablespoons almond butter
05 - 1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Put everything into a strong blender.
02 - Blend until you’ve got a smooth and creamy texture. Add extra almond milk if it’s too thick. Enjoy it right away!

# Notes:

01 - Both fresh or frozen bananas work fine. Frozen ones usually make a creamier and thicker drink.
02 - Sweeten to your liking, or skip the sweetener if your bananas are super ripe.
03 - Any milk works, but unsweetened almond or oat milk are great dairy-free options.
04 - Makes 2 smoothies. Store leftovers in the fridge inside an airtight container, if needed.
