# Ingredients:

240 ml unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you prefer)

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 ripe bananas, fresh or frozen

4 tablespoons almond butter

1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional)

Put everything into a strong blender.

Blend until you’ve got a smooth and creamy texture. Add extra almond milk if it’s too thick. Enjoy it right away!

Both fresh or frozen bananas work fine. Frozen ones usually make a creamier and thicker drink.

Sweeten to your liking, or skip the sweetener if your bananas are super ripe.

Any milk works, but unsweetened almond or oat milk are great dairy-free options.
