Chinese Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Foundation

01 - 200g Chinese noodles
02 - 300g beef strips (rump or fillet)

→ Veggies

03 - 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
04 - 1 carrot julienned
05 - 1 zucchini julienned
06 - 1 thinly sliced onion

→ Flavoring

07 - 2 minced garlic cloves
08 - 2cm fresh grated ginger
09 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
10 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Topping

13 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
14 - Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook noodles following package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl.
03 - Quickly stir-fry beef strips over high heat in oil for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
04 - Using the same pan, cook onion, garlic and ginger, then add remaining veggies for 3-4 minutes.
05 - Return beef to pan, add noodles and sauce. Stir well for 2 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, soak beef in soy sauce and ginger for 15 minutes beforehand.
02 - Keeps in fridge for 2 days.
