Goat Cheese Pear Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Burgers

01 - 4 beef patties
02 - 4 burger buns
03 - 1 cup of pear chutney (store-bought or homemade)
04 - 4 slices of goat cheese
05 - Fresh lettuce leaves
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the grill or heat up a pan to medium-high.
02 - Sprinkle both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
03 - Place the patties on the grill or pan and cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until they're done the way you like.
04 - During the last minute of cooking, put a slice of goat cheese on each patty and let it soften.
05 - Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or pan for a bit of crunch.
06 - Spread plenty of pear chutney on the bottom bun. Then layer on a piece of lettuce and the cooked patty with melted cheese.
07 - Top it with the other half of the bun and serve while it's hot.

# Notes:

01 - This burger pairs perfectly with a fresh green salad or homemade fries.
02 - Make the pear chutney ahead of time if you want to save yourself some effort.
