01 - 120ml milk
02 - 1 small shallot, finely chopped
03 - 15ml Worcestershire sauce
04 - 450g ground beef
05 - 5g garlic powder
06 - 1 whole egg
07 - 225g ground pork
08 - 10g salt
09 - 100g breadcrumbs
10 - 5g black pepper
11 - 500g mashed potatoes
12 - 100g shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 30g fresh chives, chopped
14 - 50g cooked bacon, crumbled

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat. Grab a baking dish, about 9 x 13 inches, and lightly grease it with butter or oil so nothing sticks.
02 - Use a big mixing bowl and combine the pork, beef, breadcrumbs, milk, the egg, Worcestershire sauce, shallot, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well using your hands.
03 - Press the meat mixture down evenly to cover the bottom of your greased dish. Then spread the mashed potatoes on top to fully coat the meat layer.
04 - Sprinkle the mashed potatoes with crumbled bacon, followed by a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Finish it off with chopped chives for a fresh touch.
05 - Slide the dish into the oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes. Check to see if the meat is done and the cheese is bubbling with a golden color.
06 - Take the dish out of the oven and let everything sit for a few minutes to soak up the flavors. Cut into portions and enjoy your meal!
