Creamy Brie Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced into chunks
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Pepper to taste

→ Brie Cheese

05 - 150g Brie cheese, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes, then toss them into a bowl.
03 - Pour the olive oil over the potato chunks, then sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Stir until everything’s coated evenly.
04 - Lay the seasoned potatoes on the prepared baking tray in one single layer. Roast them for 30-35 minutes, until they turn golden brown and crispy at the edges.
05 - Once the potatoes are roasted, take them out of the oven. Top them off with slices of Brie right away.
06 - Pop the potatoes back into the oven for another 5 minutes, just until the Brie melts and becomes gooey.
