# Ingredients:

→ Ingredients

01 - 10 wraps, store-bought
02 - 250g ground beef
03 - 1 pot of Boursin cheese
04 - 1 onion
05 - 2 garlic cloves
06 - Olive oil
07 - Salt and pepper
08 - 200g mixed cheese (cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, or even sliced cheeses like burger or sandwich cheese)

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the onion and chop up the garlic after peeling them. Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet and toss the onion and garlic in. Add some salt and pepper, then let it sauté until lightly browned.
02 - Throw the ground beef into the pan with the onions and garlic. Stir it around every now and then and let it cook for 5–10 minutes. Turn off the heat, mix in the Boursin cheese, and stir until everything's smooth and creamy.
03 - Cut each wrap in half and fold the curved edge slightly inward. Lay a slice of cheese down first, then scoop some of the beef mixture on top. Fold it into a small triangle shape just like in the diagram.
04 - Heat up a lightly oiled skillet and cook the folded tacos for a few minutes, flipping if needed, until they’re golden and crispy. Serve hot with a side of salad or fries.

# Notes:

01 - These tacos are a hit for a casual dinner or as part of a fun sharing platter.
02 - Switch up the cheese types to suit your mood or what's in the fridge.
