Warm your grill up to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper all over. Cook them on the grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the inner temperature hits 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, take them off the grill and let them sit for about 5 minutes before eating.

Grab a small pot and mix together smoked paprika, barbecue sauce, honey, garlic powder, and apple cider vinegar. Stir everything well. Heat it over medium temperature, letting it simmer for 5-7 minutes while stirring now and then. You'll know it's ready when it starts thickening a little.
