BBQ Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - Salt and pepper to taste
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

→ For the Barbecue Sauce

04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
07 - 2 tablespoons honey
08 - 1 cup of your favorite store-bought or homemade barbecue sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your grill up to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper all over. Cook them on the grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the inner temperature hits 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, take them off the grill and let them sit for about 5 minutes before eating.
02 - Grab a small pot and mix together smoked paprika, barbecue sauce, honey, garlic powder, and apple cider vinegar. Stir everything well. Heat it over medium temperature, letting it simmer for 5-7 minutes while stirring now and then. You'll know it's ready when it starts thickening a little.
03 - Generously brush the grilled chicken with the barbecue sauce. Serve up this mouthwatering chicken alongside some sides like grilled veggies, salad, or rice.

# Notes:

01 - This homemade barbecue sauce works great with other meats too.
02 - Perfect for summer barbecues or family dinners.
