→ Sauce

11 - Salt
12 - Plain yogurt or ricotta, cream cheese, etc.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, pour a bit of warm water and sprinkle in the yeast. Wait for 5 minutes for it to activate. Then mix in the flour, sugar, oil, and pinch of salt. Add the rest of the water and knead it until the dough feels smooth and soft.
02 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave the dough to rise for about 90 minutes.
03 - Split the dough into four pieces. Roll each one out into a long oval shape, place a small square of parchment paper on one side, then fold the dough over it.
04 - Let the buns rise again for 30 minutes. Then lay them spaced apart in the sections of your steamer and cook for 25 minutes.
05 - For the toppings, mix up a yogurt-based sauce and add cooked ground beef, sautéed veggies in olive oil, and some fresh salad leaves.
