Banana peanut butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
02 - Optional: 25-30g of oats
03 - 2 bananas, preferably frozen
04 - 35-50 cl of milk, any kind you like (plant-based or regular)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into your blender and run it until the mixture turns creamy and smooth. Want it thinner? Pour in more milk. Want it super thick? Add extra banana or oats (if you're using them). For extra creaminess, throw in another spoon of peanut butter.
02 - Pour into a glass and sip away.

# Notes:

01 - When freezing bananas, grab ones that are very ripe (look for skins with little brown spots). Chop them into chunks and pop them into a freezer bag. Store in the freezer until you need them. This can be done weeks or even months ahead.
