Cheesy Meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the meatloaf

01 - 450g ground beef
02 - 60g pickles, diced
03 - 60ml tomato sauce
04 - 60g breadcrumbs
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 60ml milk
07 - 4 strips of bacon
08 - 60g shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 60g finely chopped onions
11 - 0.5 tsp salt
12 - 0.25 tsp black pepper

→ For the topping

13 - 15g brown sugar
14 - 60ml tomato sauce
15 - 15g mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 175°C to get it ready.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, toss the ground beef, pickles, breadcrumbs, onions, milk, black pepper, garlic, tomato sauce, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until it's all blended well.
03 - Form the mixture into a loaf shape and lay it in a baking dish.
04 - Take the bacon strips and wrap them around the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
05 - Scatter the shredded cheddar evenly over the top of the bacon.
06 - Stir together the mustard, tomato sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spread this over the meatloaf.
07 - Pop the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about an hour. The bacon should crisp up, and the inside temp should hit 70°C.
08 - Let it sit for 10 minutes out of the oven before cutting into slices. Serve and enjoy!
