Turn on your oven and set it to 175°C to get it ready.

In a big mixing bowl, toss the ground beef, pickles, breadcrumbs, onions, milk, black pepper, garlic, tomato sauce, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until it's all blended well.

Form the mixture into a loaf shape and lay it in a baking dish.

Take the bacon strips and wrap them around the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.

Scatter the shredded cheddar evenly over the top of the bacon.

Stir together the mustard, tomato sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spread this over the meatloaf.

Pop the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about an hour. The bacon should crisp up, and the inside temp should hit 70°C.

Let it sit for 10 minutes out of the oven before cutting into slices. Serve and enjoy!
