Energizing Ayurvedic Porridge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 125ml plant-based milk
02 - 30g rolled oats

→ Spices and Condiments

03 - 1 pinch of cinnamon
04 - 1 teaspoon almond butter
05 - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

→ Optional Add-ons

06 - Fresh fruit for toppings
07 - Crushed nuts and seeds
08 - 1 teaspoon of hemp or flaxseed oil
09 - 1 teaspoon of your preferred syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the oats, cinnamon, and turmeric in a small pot.
02 - Add enough plant milk to cover the oats. Heat gently, stirring often, until it's a creamy texture.
03 - Stir in the almond butter, sweetener, and optional oil if using. Keep mixing for about 5 minutes.
04 - Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle your favorite nuts, seeds, or fresh fruit on top.
